- App Storemeans a digital distribution service provided by Apple Inc. (Apple App Store) or Google Inc. (Google Play Store) operates and develops, where the App is downloaded.
- Affiliate Companymeans an entity that is controlled, controlled, or under joint control with another party, where “control” means ownership of 50% or more of the shares or voting rights over a director or other governing body.

- Company(referred to as “Company”, “We” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to TRUCKTEK JOINT-STOCK COMPANY, address: 44 Nguyen Van Kỳ, Khu Quoc 1, Thanh My Loi Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
- Equipmentsmeans any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, mobile phone or digital tablet.
- Servicesrefers to the Application.
- Terms and Conditionsmeans the entire agreement between You and the Company relating to the use of this Service.
- Third-Party Social Networking Servicesmeans that any services or content provided by third parties may be displayed or integrated into the Services.
- Youmeans the individual using the Service or the organization that the individual represents.

Validity and Exemption
