For the direction through Dong Nai, in the period6h-9h on February 23, trucks and containers of 5 tons or more are restricted via routes in the direction from the center of HCMC to the above localities, including: Mai Chi Tho, Vo Nguyen Giap, Hanoi Highway, National Highway 1 (Thu Duc City). Drivers can choose alternative route: Dien Bien Phu - Hang Xanh intersection - Nghe Tinh Soviet - Highway 13 - Pham Van Dong - Hoang Cong - National Highway 1K - Nguyen Ai Quoc.

On the 23rd of February, from 14h to 17h,vehicles are restricted in the opposite direction from Dong Nai to the center of Ho Chi Minh City on the routes: national highway 1, Hanoi highway, Vo Nguyen Giap, Mai Chi Tho.
